Benchmark is close to my home, so I decided to try them out. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the level of care during my dogs recent stay. I dropped them off for three days, and when I picked them up they both reeked of urine (like the blankets in their cage weren't clean, or they were left in cage for too long). I mentioned it to the owner who suggested that they probably urinated and then rolled in it to mark their territory.
