excellent service and good treatment
It was a pleasure to work with Danielle and Tina. The process was hassle free with great customer service. All the documentation was electronic making it simple and less time consuming. I would highly recommend them.
Benchmark, Danielle McCoy, helped my fiance and I through our loan process. We were first time home buyers and so we had no clue what to expect but the process could not have gone smoother! Their entire team was great to work and super responsive. Highly recommend!
The whole Benchmark team was incredible, Michelle was wonderful to work with and was always available anytime I had a question. She answer every question I had making sure I understood the answers. Danielle McCoy, who calls herself the document taskmaster, made sure I stayed right on schedule with everything that was needed every step of the way. I felt like I was their only client. I'm not an easy consumer to impress but I was VERY impressed. Would recommend them to anyone.
Michelle and her team were the most responsive and professional I have ever worked with. They handled every detail and made this process seamless and actually fun for me. I'm so thankful for my new home and the group at Benchmark that made it a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!
