The ladies at Benchmark Mortgage were incredibly helpful and supportive during our VA loan/home buying experience! We were buying from overseas, and they were accomodating with our time differences. Communication was always prompt, and they made us feel like we were their only clients. Highly recommend!
One word/name, Sarah!!! She is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! She was so thorough, made the process so smooth, easy, she answered all our questions even if they were repeated. Doing a VA loan definitely has its extras to it, and she made it a breeze. I could not recommend her or the Benchmark team enough!
Jocelyn and the team were fantastic guiding us through our recent refinance. We've bought or refinanced through them 4 times now and we wouldn't consider anyone else. They are knowledgeable, caring, and personable. They were just as invested in our future as we were, and you can't get that level of service anywhere else.
We cannot recommend Sarah and the team at Benchmark Mortgage enough! We were originally planning to go through USAA for our VA loan, but Benchmark was able to beat the interest rate and deliver a far more personalized and responsive experience. Nathan closed a loan for some clients of mine in Moorhead Mn. He was always very responsive and available for questions from either myself or the client. I would recommend Nathan to people in the future looking to purchase or refinance a home.
