Erik took care of us throughout the entire process. He was very responsive and closed my FHA loan in 12 days. He even helped me when the title company lost my down payment. So I was buying my first home. I toured the first home a townhouse beautiful brandnew 3 floors high ceilings on the 2nd and 3rd wood floors on the main level with carpet and tile on the first and 3rd.
