Benchmark has been a very valuable resource for me. The service staff have been very helpful in finding materials we need and having them delivered quickly. Many items they have had in stock, and special order items they have been very good at quoting and delivering soon as possible.
Benchmark quickly won us over when we first switched over to using them as our supplier for our shipping products. Top notch customer service from order to delivery!! We order multiple times a week and the free shipping is HUGE perk!! Highly recommend Benchmark for all your shipping supply needs!

Benchmark Industrial not only has great products, but excellent customer service. An item came out of one of our boxes in transit to us. Not only did Benchmark apologize and get a replacement item out to us immediately, but they also followed up with a handwritten card, which is something you almost never seen anymore.
I arrived two hours before my scheduled pickup. They didn't start unloading earlier, despite my pleas that I had a pickup truck. They just laughed at me. Even though only one truck arrived during that time, which they unloaded in 15 minutes, they started unloading me at the pickup point. Zero cooperation. They're just laughing at you and trying to show who's more important.
