Strict by appt, but once you get a door they are fast!
Benchmark Industrial not only has great products, but excellent customer service. An item came out of one of our boxes in transit to us. Not only did Benchmark apologize and get a replacement item out to us immediately, but they also followed up with a handwritten card, which is something you almost never seen anymore.
I arrived two hours before my scheduled pickup. They didn't start unloading earlier, despite my pleas that I had a pickup truck. They just laughed at me. Even though only one truck arrived during that time, which they unloaded in 15 minutes, they started unloading me at the pickup point. Zero cooperation. They're just laughing at you and trying to show who's more important.
We placed our first order with Benchmark and were blown away by the customer service and competitive pricing. Benchmark does all the little things right!
Benchmark has become our preferred supplier for almost all of our shipping materials. Their website is very user friendly and ordering only takes a few minutes. When you need any assistance, Katie and Justin are very responsive and always there for support. I highly recommend.
