After four years of dealing with six different medical professionals, I finally got Dr. Rodriguez and he was just very Competent, took his time and explained everything as well as his staff. Very impressed thank you so much Entire staff and Dr were very compassionate

They never answer. Expect at least a two hour wait and DME people can’t get their stuff together.

I got referred here by my doc. I go for my first visit and it was great. Wait time was 15 min. I had to do a sleep study at home. I had told the nurse I was going to need a sleep aid. She said they don’t provide one. I told her i cant sleep without my cpap. She said i had to try. I said okay. Did the at home test. Tossed and turned all night. Turned in test. Went to follow up. I was recently seen for my post-hospital follow-up visit and was instructed to return in six weeks to repeat certain exams. However, no appointments for those exams were scheduled at that time. On the morning of my follow-up appointment, I received a call asking whether I had completed the exams. So disappointed. I was supposed to have sleep study 7 months ago. Have yet had it for one reason or the other. I was here tonight for study. After speaking with both offices and insurance supposedly was verified and approved. Well I was turned away again. Claiming insurance is inactive??? Makes no sense.
