I do not have much to say of a positive nature. The home seemed very nice the first couple of months but there are some serious issues with the plumbing that have not been resolved and no one of course is taking any responsibility for the problems. I have expended hundreds of dollars and we still have not had closure. Perhaps others have had better experiences.
Love our home and how easy to work with Benchmark has been. Quality construction with great service.
