The guys that came out were very professional. They did a great job and were very informative. I would highly recommend Benchmark Heating and Cooling to everyone. 5 out of 5 stars!
Chris continued to set a time to show and kept blowing me off. Will not even respond to my texts!
Even tho the quality of his work is poor at least Chris doesn't respond to phone calls about it. So no annoying callbacks from contractors so that's nice. Must have called him 15 times and left messages politely over 4 days about the ac system he installed flooding our basement. On top of all that good stuff, our humidity has increased nicely which is perfect in the hot humid summer. I will absolutely be referring him I'm the future....um maybe not.
