Although they got my wife's car in and out same day and the front end staff was decent at first. When we picked it up, the idiot bringing it out drove it through the Cloverdale parking lot and bottomed it out in the huge potholes which are 100% avoidable. When confronted about it he said "I don't care" and front end staff then shuffled him inside. Not one person apologized.. By this response I can tell they don't care about paying customers vehicles.
