I've been going here for almost 2 years....I wouldn't advise going anywhere else. The staff is incredible, very friendly, helpful and keep the place clean + tidy. The management....equally as incredible! It is a very comfortable environment and the members are so nice as well. I've been to a lot of gyms, and Benchmark is by far my favorite and the best!

I've been trying to reach you guys for several weeks now. No one EVER answers the phone. I have left multiple messages, I've tried contacting you via your website, and no one ever gets back in touch with me. My contract ended last Spring and I've been getting charged every month. Since I can't get in touch with you guys, I am left with no choice but to report your charges as fraud with my bank. I'm very disappointed that after being a loyal customer for several years, you won't even return my calls.
