Pending merger with larger local credit union Franklin Mint. So about to go thru re-branding. Been a member for 30 years, no issues.
Always since 1969 the nicest , knowageable and efficiently run local lender who has over time never not figured a way to help me .Once W. Fargo said NO LOAN FOR 30 DAYS . BENCHMARK WAS CALLED ON WAY HOME AND IT TOOK 1 1/2 DAYS TO GET A CHECK . I DID HAVE 6 FIGURES IN ACCOUNT 'S IN W. FARGO .???? I ALSO HAD TITLE TO 50,000 NEWER CAR . NO LOAN . CALLED BENCHMARK , THEY SAID BRING TITLE , DONE DEAL. 1 1/2 DAYS . POWER OF CREDIT UNIONS .
They charge a ridiculous amount of fees that specifically target vulnerable populations who are already experiencing financial hardship. I will be closing my account this week. The lady in the phone was classist and rude.
Always pleasant and ready to assist you with you banking needs! Great and experienced staff!
Staff is always courteous and helpful. Electronic transaction are also very easy to process. Been with them since the 80’s.
