Do not use $290.00 unless you like throwing money away. The first inspector said he could not inspect due to a missing riser. I had a riser installed and paid the extra fee of $25.00 for them to come back out, only for him to now say he could not find it. So now $315.00 is in the septic tank he could not find... but he also included a picture of it on the report? So I paid for them to inspect nothing. Please save your time and money and go with another company. See invoices.
If I could give zero stars I would. Make sure to read the "fine print" if you decide to use this criminal company. We paid $300 for a septic and well inspection for the new home we are buying. The first time they came they said neither the well or septic was visible so they left. We asked the sellers as part of our remedy request to put in a lift for the septic so this company could do a proper inspection. Excellent and timely response for a termite inspection. Highly recommend.
Hard Pass. Tank was full d/t blockage. I had it pumped out, Scheduled them to inspect the system for blockage. They came gave report that checked a box stating "system is presently defective and in an unacceptable operating condition...." Noted that there is a blockage in the system that need repaired. What do you think I called you for? No further inspection explanation. Wasted money. Around $250 to tell me the same information I told them. I wouldn’t recommend them. I used their services for a septic inspection and their report indicated there were no issues. However, after closing, I discovered that the leach bed was not functioning properly, and replacing it has been very costly. I regret choosing them.
