When I first stopped in, I wasn't able to communicate my issue to the person behind the counter, so they referred me to the owner. WOW, does this company know Water, yes they do. He realized my problem immediately and told me how to get the county to correct it. I will say the county was in my neighborhood and started the same day. and let me know to call anytime there's an issue. The pictures show a new filter and what it looks like 3 weeks later.
Total Waste of Time. Accepted a Job, wasted 3+ weeks with no results to show for it and the only excuse is they have no man power to run results. Don't accept work if you can't produce. Simple as that. Honesty goes along way. I would NOT recommend Benchmark to anyone.
