Never get a response from their office manager. I have been told I’ll receive a call back and never get one. I wouldn’t recommend this business. I know other people who have had issues as well. Just seems like a shady business who doesn’t actually care about the ‘small’ jobs.

I am so pleased with the service I am receiving from Benchmark Electric here in Fruitland. Benchmark installed the heating and air conditioning system in my new home a little over a year ago. Their HVAC experts are thorough, professional, courteous and what's most important to me, they are honest. A true breath of fresh air working today with John Bourque, Anthony Ogden and Harvey! Had a large section of tree break off and sit 2 feet above an overhead power line going to an out building. Called them up and within 45 minutes they came and we're taking the line down. I am due out of town and they came in and saved the whole trip. Thank you!
