Not helping and covering anything of vehicle damage or accidents just making money i advised to all truckers do not take help or insurance from this company very bad experience not excepting any claim . Now this is 2nd time they denied my claim after taking 3 months .
Working with Benchmark was a breath of fresh air in the insurance world. Rob was really helpful, and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. I would go to them again, and recommend them to my friends and family.
Rob and Pete at benchmark are amazing at finding the right coverage for our business. They even stepped in when we needed insurance for our home and cars (the cars are through the business). I'd highly recommend them to any business owner who is sick of not hearing from their broker except when it's renewal time. Easy to work with, responsive and they do a great job.
