Woke up at 4am in a hot house. New to the area and had no idea who to call. Saw reviews for Benchmark and called and spoke with Jake. Jake was quick to get to my house and diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the unit in a short period of time. Response was quick, very knowledgeable and friendly at a reasonable cost! Highly recommend Jake and his business.
The owner Jake came out on time, extremely professional, told us exactly what was going on and came back fixed our issues and now we have the company coming out for all of our HVAC maintenance. I would highly recommend this company… we had gotten in touch with other companies that either sent out people that clearly had no clue what to do or tried to break our bank account! We have recommended Benchmark to all of our friends!
The customer service was unmatched, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for A/C services.
