This is a rare negative review for me, but this company is causing more frustration than most. Beware of the end-of-lease exit clauses with this company. Their service has been relatively good throughout our 5 year lease for a copier/printer at my business (Rock Solid Athletics). However, they are not honoring our verbal and emailed notice that we would not be renewing the lease. Below is my original review from 6 years ago, but I had to write an update. Our machine is one of the older ones, and some issues have come up. I have been in touch with Dan Smith from Benchmark, and I have to say Dan is THE best. We have been talking back and forth about possible solutions, and he's been very informative and honest.
