Nothing but GOOD things to say. Our sales rep, Brandon Porter, it great to work with and always gets us the help or answers we need in a timely manner. Service has been very impressive, most cases are resolved within the same day.
We have had service from them since they were "Benchmark" before merging with VisualEdgeIT. Seems most of the staff stayed the same through the merger. I still have the same Rep Brandon Porter and he has been great to work with over the years. The technicians are always prompt and courteous.
