Don’t buy house from Kimberly they never take care of customers. After I bought and house and I found out they build is half ass job trust me these guy they just try to avoid warrantyand don’t want too fix for there customers, if any one want buy house please avoid benchmark builder and do so research about this guy.
The crews they have working for them are incredibly disrespectful and do not have any care or respect for other people’s property. I have called the office multiple times to report the issues and have not seen any change.
Every Benchmark home we have been in has such a high quality look to it. I love that they dont look as cookie cutter as some other spec homes. The team works with you to make sure you are getting what you want and doesnt cut corners or use the cheap material that will not last. Overall Benchmark left a great impression.
I've had extremely positive experiences with this builder. Their processes are smooth, communication is great, and homes are stunning. Would highly recommend.
