Benchmark Builders built our house 12+ years ago. Over the years, Matt Harkins and his team remained available to address any questions we have had about the house, systems, maintenance, etc. About 5 years ago, we hired Benchmark to finish our basement -- the work was completed on time and on budget. Matt and Benchmark were our builders for a gut renovation of a whole house in 2018-2019. It's clear Matt had our best interest in mind and wanted us to be happy with the finished product. In the end, he earned our trust by being transparent and making changes when necessary. Working with someone we trusted made surviving a big project much, much easier.
