Be prepared to have many building issues from leaky roofs causing mold in your bedroom ceiling, A.C. that don't work during the hottest days due to faulty condessor, sump pump that don't work when needed causing a flood in your entire basement costing you over$6,500.00 , door bell that doesn't work, and the list increases each day. Buyer Beware.
Not impressed. They advertise and brag about a few things that are good about how they build but then pinch pennies on the small stuff (I feel stuff that matters). Pros. -Two by six outside walls stuffed with insulation. -Seal the entire outside with caulk between all joists and any way air could leak into the house from outside. -have lots of extras (but they charge steep for them) Cons -Engineered hardwood floor is cheap.
