I started banking with Benchmark when they had a branch in the Woodlands. The staff was always nice and helpful. All went downhill when they closed that branch . Their online tools are not the best but I am constantly having issues with deposits not clearing, my debit card doesn't work on the weekends, and after hours there is not a live person you can talk to.
