Ann tried hard however waited at this bank for 40 minutes for them to cash two checks that came from their bank and they had me sitting there and couldn’t get Money because they said they didn’t have access to money or whatever so I waited for 40 minutes and was late to work for no reason. So Yes yes bad review not Sorry.. obviously close to going out to business I wouldn’t recommend putting my money here highly annoyed
Having access to a real community bank like Benchmark is a great amenity for the Preston Hollow area. Benchmark is a window back in time where an actual person answers the phone when you call and the staff at your local branch knows who you are.
John Jackson came to a low income community to try and give out loans to low income businesses only hoping loans could not be paid back so he and his bank could take businesses. He came way from Hillcrest (Highland Park) to South Dallas to sell dreams at my old high school. I have a bank account with limited access. No debit card, I could not do any transactions or deposits with my account. However when I was ready to pay the loan off I had full access.. Now he tell me not to be a banker any more..
