I went in for information. Jeff was polite, kind, funny and helpful. He didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed and thoroughly explained my options. I’m looking forward to the installation and will be back to review that too!
Although it has only been a day since the installation of my subwoofer in my Bronco I have one word to describe my overall dealings with Mike and Benchmark. WOW! Customer service is top notch and so is the work and gear they installed. Might be a bit pricey, but as they say you get what you pay for. It was worth every penny and then some. One highlight to note, they will tell you up front you are boss, we do whatever you want, but then recommend what you actually need. And man does it pay to listen.
