I went into Benchmark Audio to look for a wiring kit for my amp. The sales associate working at the time (I think he's the owner) answered all my questions honestly and to the best of his knowledge. While I will admit, the prices are pretty steep, Their customer service was excellent. When I asked him how to install an amp by myself, he actually told me step by step instructions, instead of constantly offering to install it through them (Which I couldn't afford -$150). Overall I had a pleasant experience with this store
