I can't say enough good things about Benchmark! Julie and her team are dedicated, the environment is safe, and everyone goes beyond to make residents feel comfortable.

Our dad recently passed at age 93 1/2. He had a great life and was able to enjoy his last 15 months at Benchmark at North Andover (Ashland Farm). Half of that time was spent in their traditional assisted living where everyone knew his name, recognized his family, offered numerous activities and field trips, and helped with his daily needs. The staff on the Memory Care Unit was outstanding. The Executive Director, Director of Community Relations, the Mind and Memory Director and the Traditional Care Director were wonderful, always willing to take time to listen and address our concerns. I would have assigned 5 stars but the food on the Memory Care Unit was not great.
The staff here are excellent, kind, caring and attentive. My husband is here for a respite stay, and everyone has been incredible. Not a single surly or grumpy person, from the dining staff to the NAs to the administrative staff - all are pleasant and helpful. They check in on residents, learn each person’s routine and help them adjust to the new style of living, all without pressure and with smiles.
