Benchmark at Haverhill Crossings

I was at the Benchmark at Haverhill Crossings last night & was able to meet the staff & see the facility which felt like a warm small community. They were professional & knowledgeable plus the place felt modern & sophisticated. If you're looking for an assistant living place, I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call and tour the place yourselves.

Charli was absolutely lovely to work with. We did not have an easy transition, with a new Health Care Proxy, a new Power of Attorney, and changing staff at the rehab facility we were coming from. Through it all, Charli was incredibly patient, compassionate, and always available when we needed her. She was attentive to every detail and was always working behind the scenes to keep things moving along, especially given the short timeframe we were working with. The trouble started immediately. When my grandmother entered Benchmark, she received no orientation upon move in. On her second day, she had trouble opening an exterior door. Folowing this “incident”. The head nurse (no longer employed by the site) then determined that she needed to go into memory care. Two weeks after entering the facility, she was forced to enter memory care and take a larger unit. Staff and community are kind and helpful. Building is clean and well maintained. The leadership and direct care team are diligent, resourceful, and the residents are well cared for.
