I can't say enough great things about Benchmark at Hanover. My dad is there and with me living out of state, I am confident that he is cared for and happy. The range of activities to keep him active and engaged is incredible. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell through and through the staff truly cares about the residents.
Very welcoming staff and It is impeccably clean the food for the residence is very, very healthy and the rooms for the residence are kept up beautifully. There are Administrators there every day all day wonderful AIDS and the nursing staff is wonderful and they have a Very active entertainment and crafts, activities, and games it’s conveniently located and I highly recommend making making your experience a great memory
The front desk was very informative and nice to speak with. The Aide was friendly as she let me into the room where the patient was. It was locked for the patient's safety.
