My mom received excellent care at Bedford Falls. Support, kindness and caring were shown with each interaction. Responsiveness to any question or concern was handled quickly and professionally. Unlike many facilities where staff is rotating in and out this facility has long tenured staff that work well as a team and enjoy their co-workers. My mother needed assisted living care. We compared there services and the environment at BF to many other assisted living facilities. We chose Bedford falls and were very Happy with our choice. Bedford falls provides exceptional care for their residents. The Nursing staff is very competent and attentive to the needs of the residents. Their social engagements and events for residents are well planed and well attended. I can recommend Bedford Falls as a great place for anyone needing assisted living.

I got to see first hand a few years ago when I went to visit my Mom who lives here…I’m from Ohio so I don’t get to visit as much as my sisters who live in New Hampshire ..the place is wonderful and the staff were so nice and friendly…I had dinner with her in the dining room and I felt like I was at an expensive restaurant…I left knowing my Mom is happy and well taken care of….
