Recently, I visited the community while helping one of my condo owners search for a new home, and the level of service I received was truly outstanding. Had a tour of Benchmark Alexandria with Zeeshan Javed. This review is with regard to the kindness and gentleness he displayed throughout our time touring the facility. Never did I feel as if I were being “sold” anything. Never did I feel as if he were avoiding topics of my concern. He was clear and transparent, encouraging me to take in the surroundings and pay attention to details. The pride he took in the property resonated. We just moved my Uncle into Benchmark and the transition has been very seamless despite multiple complications from his end (being reluctant to move, bringing too much stuff, insisting on more of his own care to start that he might be capable of covering). The team has been so nice and easy to work with ! My Uncle says food is very good!
