I met with the fabulous Donna Gayle's. My client Julie Church wanted to tour some senior living facilities. The tour was spectacular. The facility has everything a person would need and more. It was our tour guide Donna that made the tour such a joy. She explained to us the vision of Tom Grape and it showed in the curvature of the hallways and all the nooks for you to enjoy a quiet moment or entertain guest. Last fall, my family and I came to Benchmark for a tour for my dad. We had been to several communities in the area, but Benchmark's apartments, hallways, community living spaces, and amenities were leaps and bounds above the rest. Everyone we met was welcoming, the residents seemed genuinely happy, and it for sure did not feel like an assisted living facility - it is a senior living community with care steps as needed.
