Tried to get an appointment to fix my 5 month old Dryer. I was told by LG they would contact me to make an appointment. After waiting over a week I finally had to call them. All told It took 3 weeks to get an appointment, They could not give me a time of arrival and said someone would give me curtesy call 10 to 15 mins before arrival to let me know they were on their way.
