We had Omar and his team come to install air-con veryshort notice for us, and we were a considerable way out of his local service area but considering the extreme heat we have been having lately, he came to do a quote and install very quickly. All the team were professional and polite and did the job quickly and efficiently, and we were impressed as the whole process was comendable. We couldnt recommend them enough. Thank you again!
If you a looking for a new air-conditioner I cannot recommend Benchmark highly enough. I reached out to several companies and chose Benchmark for several reasons. They quoted promptly, they were great to deal with, they were well priced and completed the installation in no time. I would highly recommend NOT using these people. I should have paid attention to the signs in the first experience with Omar, when they messed us around. Then to ask me to remove my initial review with a commitment to follow through. So I did. Gave them the benefit of the situation to see if they would stand by their word. I worked with these guys and the Owners Corporation for months to try to have these guys install two split system air conditions on the side of an apartment complex, they replied to emails, worked with the... read more
