I recommend Benchmark strongly. The care they go into how you are and your workouts is beyond amazing, James and the team always makes sure your getting the best out of a session. , If you are just starting or are experienced , these guys are perfect. You can learn so much from them and they are extremely kind.
Highly recommend Benchmark to anyone who is looking to transform themselves outside of a 'conventional' gym. A refreshing, motivating environment allows for progress and results with these men by your side at all times ensuring you maximise your efforts. Mitch, James and Michael are amazing. Excellent sessions Recommend to seniors as well, every sessions like personal training. All coaches are amazing.
My time at this gym has honestly been so great! The trainers pay so much attention to detail, I had no idea that for years, my form in multiple different exercises needed some help. After training at benchmark I have so much more knowledge about fitness, and I’m feeling muscles I’ve probably never worked in my life! Couldn’t recommend this gym more.
