New card reader charged me $10 for a $3 listed charge on site... current charge on card is $40... no phone numbers are connect at this time to site
I tried using the first bay, but it wasn’t working, so I had to move to a second bay. I later discovered I was charged $44 for the car wash. I went back to find a phone number to address the issue, but the number provided has been disconnected. I’m definitely going to follow up and get this resolved one way or another.
We put three dollars in and the car wash never turned on. I tried to call the number rather than leaving a review to talk to them first and it’s disconnected. It would be nice if there was at least a phone number posted or a way to let them know if you have issues.
The bay next to the mega bay wasn't working August 15 4.30 pm I put 7$ in got the wheels sprayed went to presoak all that happened was air and foam. then I tried rinse no pressure. Went to other bay 1.50 later I atleast rinsed off my truck..watch out for unmarked broken gear.
Beware of this place! The Mega Bay still says $3 for 12 mins, but it has been changed from coins to credit card. This location will charge you $13 for 12 mins instead of the advertised $3. The phone number that's linked on google maps doesn't work of course. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
