Good, not great I had high expectations. Took my 2022 black Mercedes C-Class with scratches on my driver side rear bumper from when another car hit me. This repair was through Allianz insurance. Booking, assessment, and pickup was easy. They finished the car on time. The service was faultless. The finish on the paint is seamless and perfect. However, the passenger side bumper was not installed perfectly (the driver side was much better). I had my car repaired at Bencar Autobody it was a smooth process as the staff at Bencar autobody are very caring. The manager Ian was extremely helpful/caring in getting all communication with insurance as i was upset from the accident. My car came out of the shop looking fantastic as it was pre accident. I would not hesitate in referring them.

This is my second time I have been to Bencar and I can only praise Ian on his professionalism and genuine care from the minute I walked in until the day I picked up my car. He constantly kept me informed on the progress of the repair which was excellent. He made the process seamless and painless and can't thank him enough. He's a passionate man and takes pride his work and team, well done Ian and thank you again.

Have been bringing my cars to Ian for a very long time now. It’s always pristine workmanship and a perfectly finished car. One of the funniest and easy to get along with blokes I know. Couldn’t recommend him anymore 👌
