The customer service I was provided was AMAZING! I was traveling from Nebraska to Texas, met family in Woodward OK and used Benbrook Storage to store my car for a week. At 11:30 pm when I arrived, I discovered I rented a unit that was too short for my vehicle; at 7:50 am Saturday morning, they answered the phone, accommodated my change (including taking off the lock of the new unit) all within about 30 minutes!
