I had an appointment set up on a Friday for a Monday at 2:30, when I got my appointment reminder my appointment was moved a hour up without asking or even letting me know. When I called I moved my appointment to Wednesday at 3:00. Got my appointment confirmation text at 1:00. Drove over a hour and had to leave work early to show up and the offices door was locked. Emily totally went above and beyond today, AMAZING customer service!
Went in for periodontal maintenance. I had some concerns about why I needed this procedure. Dr. T and Emily were able to explain why this was necessary. My last visit 3 months ago for deep cleaning by a different dentist, I was just told to come in 3 months, was not given an explanation. Dr. T and his assistant Judy did a great job. Everyone was friendly and professional. I recommend this office, but make sure they are in your insurance network and ask questions on the cost.
The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and kind. We had an emergency and came in from a sister office and they treated us like they’ve known us for years. The dentist was very gentle with my daughter, kind and informative. I would definitely go back to them any day. Love’em!!
