I had a positive experience Benbrook Appliance Repair, and Chris F********. He answered the phone, not a "Scheduler" from a big overhead repair shop, and said he had an idea what was wrong with my washing machine. Told me he would come out that day, giving me a specific time to take a look, and would charge $50 if he could do the repair, free if he could not. Just wanted to give thanks to repairman Chris (don't know his last name). He has come to my rescue twice now, to fix the dryer in my apartment. He even cleaned out the vents in the wall, leading to the outside, so no fire damage could happen. This is something the apartment complex was responsible for, but didn't not get done. Chris came to the rescue. You have a wonderful repairman there. I recommend this establishment and Chris to anyone! Cindy Hughes

He is a very nice mature gentleman. First he fixed the electric dryer element, and then smiled and asked if there was anything else that needed repair. So I mentioned that the ice maker had quit awhile back. Turns out, it had a stuck valve. He had one in his truck. Everything done in a few minutes. Very reasonable prices. I could not have been happier.
