Poor hourly schedule. Called and they’re only open mon-fri till 430 ???? This is supposed to be a rehab facility. Should be open 7 days a week but typical of them; lazy. People need actual help but it appears they’re here for profits. Shameful. Oh and their voicemail was full. They can’t even pay for unlimited voicemails.
Staff didn't pick a few of us up couple of us had to catch a cab, one actually WALKED! Out of all of us who attended only 3 finished most left early. The person running it is non indigenous as well. The councillor I had was very mean, someone sent me money so I could buy snacks or what I needed on the weekends. They never gave me my money! It was a very toxic environment everyone felt unwelcomed I discharged myself attended a different lodge in Toronto to which I completed and felt very welcomed!
2 people waited to be picked up as previously arranged by staff of benbowoka . They were left stranded in Blind River. Never saw a staff member what so ever. This is great help for somebody desperately seeking help.
