The Benavides team recently painted the exterior of our home. From the walk around our house to prepare the project estimate to the full completion of the job, they were professional and courteous in every sense of the word. Each day we knew the area they would be working in and any issues we needed to be aware of. It was heartening for us to hear neighbors stop by to tell us how good our house looked. We heartily recommend Benavides for your consideration when you have a painting project.

We have used this company in the past with excellent results however this most recent job was the exterior of a frame home that is close to 100 years old and I can only say that the result was outstanding! Details: prompt response to request for a proposal, quick turn around on the bid and prompt communication on questions, hard stop date that was met despite weather issues, and complete compliance on our request that there never be less than 3 painters on the job.
