Unorganized. Consumers enroll with licensed agents who do not purchase leads and your call gets transferred to a licensed agents.
Benavest uses third party marketing lead gens to cold call, whether you are on the Do Not Call registry or not. They continue to violate the Telephone Consumers Protection Act (TCPA) without concern. My phone number has been called many times and transferred to Benavest, despite me being on the DNC and despite me telling the caller I did not want any further calls. Company refused to respond to me when reaching out to them directly.
