If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I would give negative stars. He pretends to be caring/kind, almost shy (listen to his outgoing message compared with his actual voice/tone) but he is not. He actually is very rude, condescending and egotistical. He hides it, but he actually has contempt for his clients.
