visited to Benares to dine in with my family.food was average but the manager put 18% gratuity on group of 4 people which is not mandatory if there is any charges must be clearly usually only applicable to large groups (e.g., 5 or more people) everyone please check your bills make sure there is no 18% gratuity already added to bill before paying, thank you
The food was not of good quality. Damp Papad on which we were told this is what is served at Benares, Funny tasting chicken 65, and overall questionable service Even the restaurant had a damp smell when we entered. Won’t go again or recommend anyone to go.
