I’ve rented from Benanzer for about 4 years. Maintenance folks are great, courtney is always easily contacted to handle needs. Otherwise they basically leave you in peace, which is awesome.

My family and I have lived in a rental for little over 5 years now. They have been great at making any repairs of needed. I think we have called maybe 4 times in 5 years for minor things. All the guys that come out and do work for them and take care of yard treatments have done great work. And the ladies in the office that I have talked to have always been polite and responsive. I really appreciate that in a landlord. Keep up the great work.
