I have rented from Chuck Benanzer several times, I will say he does take care of his properties. Very receptive and understanding, the family understands life happens and situations arise they just ask that you keep them in the loop and make arrangements that work for you both. I would defiantly recommend renting from the Benanzer family.
Had an issue with shower. Seth came out and got me fixed up promptly. Great people to work with.
