We had a fantastic experience with Benanzer Custom Homes for our new two-car garage. Their team delivered high-quality work at a good price, but what really stood out was the excellent communication throughout the entire build. The workers were friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless. If you're looking for a reliable builder who treats your project with care, I highly recommend them!

I have a family member that rents from Benanzer Custom Homes in Arcanum, before my family member moved in I was in and out of the house/garage personalizing things, using the garage to work on my vehicles & cleaning the house to get it ready for the move in. Unexpectedly, Benanzer had a crew of people come and paint the back deck, didn’t think much of it and left while they worked.
