I have a family member that rents from Benanzer Custom Homes in Arcanum, before my family member moved in I was in and out of the house/garage personalizing things, using the garage to work on my vehicles & cleaning the house to get it ready for the move in. Been living in one of their rentals since June of last year, they have been great landlords. Has been way better than my previous renting experience.
Probably the most genuine and amazing people you’ll meet in the market. They are incredibly fair and efficient. There’s not a job they don’t take where it doesn’t supersede expectations. Their homes/rentals are the fairest prices especially for the quality of work they do. The floor plans are unique in the way that seem so efficient and spacious. I have been renting from them for 6 years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Rent prices are fair, maintenance is quick to fix things, and they most importantly treat people like human beings unlike other landlords in the area. The home we rent had just been remodeled and looked beautiful (especially the bay window which is my favorite part of the entire home). They allowed us to also have our weimareiner for an additional fee/deposit (which was also reasonable). Highly recommend them!
