I haven't lived in Benalla for going on 6yrs, yet I still travel an 8hr return trip, at least once a year, so my dogs can be cared for by the best (people, equipment, and facilities). I appreciate the effort and contribution of every member of the team in the care for my dogs, but also in the care of me, from quick replies to my emails, and checking I'm ok to drive, to comforting me when times were hard. Thankyou for everything you do. So long as Texas is ok with it, we will see you awesome people again in 2026.
We called from the road for help preparing our dog to meet requirements to enter Tasmania. Not a difficult matter, but the receptionist could not have been more helpful, accomodating or pleasant. It was very pleasant experience dealing with this practice. Would definitely return.
This morning I attended the clinic with my miniature poodle Molly. We were travelling from Mansfield when she started to have coughing fits and seemed to struggle breathing. I went in with Molly in my arms and said to middle aged woman at the desk that my puppy is struggling to breath & is coughing .. is it possible for someone to look at her please? Outstanding care and attention. Superb surgery skills too. Such caring vet and nurses, always apply 110% to getting our little crew better again, and so far so good!
Excellent, maybe a bit more expensive than others. Have been looking after Nitro for at least 5 years. Nitro is an accident pron terrier cross doggy, and they have been excellent in looking after him. Thanks so much.
