We were travelling to Wodonga for a funeral and a light appeared on the dash not far from Benalla. Our Toyota ended up needing a new alternator which Steve in the service centre ordered for us. We were able to hire a car on site which got us to the funeral on time and on our way to returning the hire car the next day Steve rang us with the welcome news that our car was repaired and ready to be picked up. Fantastic quick service from Benalla Toyota. Very grateful.
Jason Kaine was an absolute gentleman. Honest, straight to the point, and nothing like your typical salesman. He answered every question I had, gave me the information I needed, and then left it with me to decide without any pressure. After a 7-hour drive from Sydney, we shook hands and made the deal.
