Helpful staff
Went in after getting a license plate from local vicroads, needed screws and to drill and extra hole on the plate. Came in this gentleman (should've asked for his name) helped us to get the right one and helped us drill a hole. The purchase was only $3 in total but the service was exceptional, they do care about you. It's like walking into your uncle's shop. Thank you so much.
Im finding the customer service is badly lacking except for 2 or 3 of them who are great They just walk past you or walk off the counter after serving someone and leave you standing Ive worked in retail no matter what you are doing the customer always came first
