Very disappointing personal experience. I was referred to this specialist expecting a thorough evaluation of my cardiovascular health. After multiple visits, significant time, and substantial medical expenses (these visits and tests are certainly not inexpensive for patients or insurance companies), I left feeling that I had received very little beyond a review of my standard lipid panel, limited inflammatory markers, and Lp(a) results, along with a recommendation to consider a low-dose statin.
