Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this urologist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this urologist thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Best urologist out there! Great bedside manner. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Did this urologist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this urologist's office?
