dm The dental staff is fine, but the office staff is rude and unreasonable. I will be making a change because of the office staff and manager.
Horrible Business Ethics I am extremely disappointed with the business practices of this office. I am appalled that a dentist cares more about money than his/her patients. I find it disappointing that this office refuses work with families and their financial needs...i.e. money up front NO exceptions. You child will be under anesthesia having surgery and then something comes up during surgery so you are required to pay while your child is being worked on rather than after the surgery is complete. Dr. Ben Villalon's Staff is awful! Dr. Villalon is a fairly good dentist but he recommends unecessary procedures and costs a fortune. I could even overlook that if it weren't for the fact that he has the rudest office staff I have ever dealt with!
Rude staff, questionable doctor Like other reviewers, I think the staff is rude, and the doctor recommended quite a lot of questionable expenstive treatments. They make you pay everything up front even though my insurance plan stated that all expenses must be submitted first before the patients have to pay anything out of pocket. I brought this up with the staff and they basically told me that's the way they do business and that if I don't like it then I don't need to go there.
